A company called FireEye, engaged in security research field announced that they have discovered a new vulnerability on iOS much greater threat than the WireLurker Trojan.

The discovered hole can replace applications on users iDevices by identical ones without being aware, which give them a big opportunity to reach E-mails, Credit Card information etc...

The attacks are threatening all iOS devices running firmware 7.1.1, and even the recent beta of iOS 8.1.1.

FireEye declared that they have notify Apple about their discovery, but no reaction from the cupertino company is yet made.

It is worth mentioning that no cases of similar attacks have being reported. We recommend that you only install apps from the App Store and avoid the untrusted sources.
